This 8 hour program prepares and enhances the participant's abilities to instruct at academy training, agency in-service instruction or general speaking arenas. The program incorporates a variety of instructional methodologies including focusing on differentiated instruction to accommodate all learning styles. Neuroscience and Brain research is discussed and evaluated for use in the area of the teaching and learning processes. Bridging the gap between multi-generational learners will be discussed, as well as strategies provided. All strategies and techniques are research based with proven results.
